1- Hackers cannot ban players anymore.
2- All players banned by hackers are unbanned.
3- Getting stuck at 75% is fixed.

Hackers banning players: This is a huge deal right now and we know it has affected a lot of you. Right now we are in the process of closing off that ability. After we have done that, we will do a mass reactivation for everyone that this has affected. Our dev team is working on this right now.
Getting Stuck at 75% activating for new accounts: We just put out a big fix for this. Let us know if you are still having a problem.
Are we going to get more mods?
YES 
yes yes yes! Nobody wants more mods than me! I obviously can’t help you all by myself. Ninja powers are strong.. but not that strong. Guys keep in mind that we haven’t even officially released the site yet. We are working on expanding our team for this site before official release.
Are more privacy features coming for the site?
Yes, I replied to this in a previous post. We are working on it. We heard your feedback and we know this is important to you.
What happened to the Celtic Cross and the Leprechaun statue?
The Celtic Cross was never meant to be released… twice. This is completely our fault. We are very sorry for the confusion it has caused in the game and we have taken the needed steps to prevent this from happening again. No, we are not taking it away from those who have it.
As for the Leprechaun statue.. keep your eyes open for that guy.. leprechauns are sneaky guys.. you may catch him again soon.

Um.. no. That’s probably the silliest thing I’ve ever heard.
Yeah, it looks like one of his old accounts (that was banned on 12/3/08) is on my buddy list.
When we first found out about Chris it was when he was doing water balloon hacks. Remember how people can throw massive amounts all at once and freeze your screen? I added him in game and talked to him way back then to try to find out what he was doing. Then I banned him. Of course he has made several new accounts since then, and of course I ban them as I find them.
Aside from that.. I approve pretty much anyone who tries to add me as a buddy in game. I don’t investigate you first or check back a million times to make sure your name stayed the same. Who has time to do that?
The only thing hackers give me (or any of us at Zynga).. is more work!
I would much rather spend my time helping you guys with regular problems, answering your questions, making sure that your ideas are heard by our devs, and starting contests.. than having to deal with hackers!
Yes, we did delete the posts attacking me. Yes, we will continue to do so.

This will most likely be the only response I have to this silly accusation. I would rather spend my time helping players than answering accusations that are quite obviously false.

Keep getting frozen by people sending Gifts or Game invites, which won’t close and freezes…cpu hitting 100%. Happening more and more often, at least once an hour.
Hackers still freezing people by sending them gifts or by game requests. I use to be able to decline gift/game to prevent it, but now freezing happen automatically, and now looks like they can setup “Game Freeze” by party listing. It happened a few times when I click on party link, was sent mass of gift/freezings. Before I could join party. Will this ever be fixed? I thought about buy stuff with my creditcard/paypal, but now, the future looks bleak. I can only see others learning to hack/freeze people with wpe software, to fight back. :O(

I'm still stuck at 75% on the activation screen. I've tried removing Yoville and even naming my character something different. I've cleared my cache, tried different browsers, uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Flash, and have done the same with Java. I'm still stuck.

i got banned by this dude how i no it was him cuz he said he was gonna hack my ip address and banned me the next day i was banned how the hell i get unbanned
I used yoville for a couple of weeks, now every time I try to login, I get to activating 75% and freeze.
I have had this problem since the 1st day i started playin yovile on facebook. I’ve tried contacting zynga support about this matter, how many times i cant even remember. Problems are the ff.
Editing problems:
* I only have one option for face editing
* I only have two options for hair editing mohawk both purple and green
* i dont have clothing choices like others have except for the clothes i receive or buy
* I cant edit eye color
* I cant edit nose and mouth
Fashion store problems:
* Clothing line are limited
* New arrivals don’t show up in store
The only thing that was changed by zynga in my account is that my character has no hair at all. Please help me, I also get the 75% load stop every once in a while.
P.S.
Zynga has suggested solutions for my problem like the flash player issues and removing the applications and clearing up browser cache and rebooting. Everything else I’ve tried failed. I know u guys have so many people to help who may have bigger problems than mine, and I appreciate and respect what u do for those who need help. If you can send me a mail saying ud help me, no matter how long it’ll take, I’d be patient and be very grateful.

Emma sometimes you can make events that are related to scamming or are inappropriate or they think that the event is… and then they will say that you are an offender… this could be true for you, or it is just being messed up… So, don’t make an event that they could say is like that… and if it is then you just don’t make an event for the time that “they” say you are banned… then you will be able to… Srry if this is confusing…

I use Firefox and Explorer to play YoVille and I cant honestly report that to date I STILL get stuck at 75%. From 3 days spent reading up on the problem, it seems that no matter what the search engine, the problem remains the same regardless of plug-ins, portals and numerous other issues that have been suggested to be at fault. I have tried just about everything I have found on the internet and the problem persists.
I therefore suggest it is a YoVille/Zynga problem and needs to be addressed by you urgently if you at all value your paying clients. The fact that you seem to ignore it other than to say that it is fixed when it is clearly not, is highly suspicious and short-sighted.
