As of today, Zynga stops accepting new players for YoVille on Tagged.com. The game will be discontinued on 15/05/2010 for all players. According to the tip posted by a YoVille Lounge Reader, YoVille players should transfer their coins and items and contact Zynga support about their houses.
We haven’t found any official word about transferring items or houses yet, but we will let you know as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you are a tagged player, start emptying your account!

If YoVille will be discountinued for all players on 5/15/10, why did they bring on the new house (yacht) and are selling furniture for it?
Also, what do you mean transfer coins and cash? Where can it be transfered to? FarmVille? And how do you transfer?
Lastly, what happens to the houses in which cash was used to purchase them? I don’t just mean Yocash. I spent real money to buy some of my homes!

Yoville will discontinue on tagged. It will still stay on Facebook and MySpace. Read carefully!
I think zynga will migrate yoville on tagged same way it did with mafia wars:

YoVille will be discontinued on Tagged only. Tagged is a social network like Facebook & Myspace.
If your YoVille account is on Faceboook or Myspace, you should not worry about this.

Log into Yoville on your FB account and open another window and log into Yoville on your Tagged account.
Create an event in Yoville on your FB account and then look for the event in your tagged account. Vist your RB player and gift all your items over.

OK, if Zynga is not accepting any more new Yoville players on Tagged, then why have I been bombarded with friend/crew requests from apparently new Yoville players, in the last week! I sent messages to a couple of them explaining that Yoville will no longer be on Tagged as of 5/15, but then it became tiresome, as there were so many requests coming at me. What’s up???

Apart from the time and effort spent on this game, I would have to say that anyone that has spent money through their paypal account or other to buy yocash should perhaps seek legal advice as this is in effect theft. Good luck

I’m thinking the rumor is true that fb users r going to b charged $14.99 a month and eventually we can only play yoville through facebook. BOOOO!!! well players i have spoken to zynga and they said they will be sending a link with iformaion on how to transfer your houses coins and inventory to facebook and my space via a pop up message on your yovill e game. for more info contact zynga .com/support and ask the tech team.
yoville will be soon gone from facebook as well.
I cannot play yoville on fb while at work and very seldom can I play on fb due to personal reasons however I do not think it is fair to take it off tagged it is the only decent game their!

i have been hearing rumors bout zynga discontinuing yoville on myspace soon, and keeping yoville permanently on facebook. If thats true and if that is the case, then when will this take affect and will it truely stay on facebook and not be deleted off the face of the earth. When are they going to put out more applications so people other than those with the iphone can use the features on farmville/facebook?
I wouldn’t mind paying a fee…it will weed out those not interested in it and never play their farm again after their first visit. I am sure that this has clogged up a lot of space on the servers.
